According to "customer law" you can make a complaint for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase
How to make a complaint?
- Contact with us to pre-determine the type of complaint.
- Fill out the complaint form (download form) and include in the package.
- Ship to:

(with the note "Claim")
- The complaint will be examined within a maximum of 14 working days after the arrival of your shipment.
- If we consider complaint positive - the product will be repaired or replaced with a new one.
- If the exchange will not be possible - we will refund you equivalent to the purchased product.
- Refund will be done by bank transfer within a maximum of 14 working days from the date of complaint - usually about 3 days.
