According to "customer law" you can make a complaint for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase

How to make a complaint?

  1. Contact with us to pre-determine the type of complaint.
  2. Fill out the complaint form (download form) and include in the package.
  3. Ship to:
    Hurtownia odzieży
    ul. Słowackiego 10
    55-120 Oborniki Śląskie
    (with the note "Claim")
  4. The complaint will be examined within a maximum of 14 working days after the arrival of your shipment.
  5. If we consider complaint positive - the product will be repaired or replaced with a new one.
  6. If the exchange will not be possible - we will refund you equivalent to the purchased product.
  7. Refund will be done by bank transfer within a maximum of 14 working days from the date of complaint - usually about 3 days.
